Bobby Schmidt

Chief Executive Officer

Bobby Schmidt founded Schmidt Electric Company in 1982 and with his knowledge and experience, he has constituted the growth of the company into what it is today. Bobby has more than 45 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, from working as an Apprentice to Chief Estimator and Founder/CEO.

Ben Frank

Chief Operating Officer

Ben Frank serves as Schmidt Electric's Chief Operations and is the primary driver in the decision making process regarding all operational issues. Thru his management teams and field Superintendents Ben oversees project job cost analysis and construction cost management as well as field labor and man power planning and execution.

Richard White

Director of Construction

Richard White joined Schmidt Electric in 2004 and is currently in the position of Direct of Construction. In this role, Richard oversees the Project Managers and Construction projects. Richard brings over 34 years of comprehensive work experience in the electrical field. His portfolio spans all aspects of construction, renovations, and service projects.

Charlie Pearson

Branch Manager - Houston/Galveston

Charlie Pearson is responsible for all Schmidt Electric activities in the Houston/Galveston region. He brings over seventeen years of electrical estimating/ management experience to the Schmidt team. Charlie has been recognized from General Contractors as a team leader and valuable team player.

Fred Park

Chief Estimator

Fred Park serves as Schmidt Electric's Chief Estimator of Pre-Construction Services and assists in the pre-construction pricing and negotiations. He brings over 30 years of electrical experience and is the acting Chief Estimator providing conceptual budgets and competitive pricing for projects in range from $120,000 to $100,000,000+.
